Mow Empire: Lawn Tycoon

Effective 4 September 2026 · applies to version 1.0 and later for iPhone

The short version

Mow Empire does not collect any data. The game runs entirely on your iPhone. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising network, no tracking, and no servers of ours. Your progress is saved on your device. The only thing that leaves your phone is an App Store purchase, and that is handled by Apple, not by us.

What Mow Empire stores on your device

Your business — money, experience, equipment, customers, campaigns, settings and any lawn you are part-way through — is saved as a file inside the app's own storage on your iPhone. It is included in your normal iPhone backup if you have backups turned on, and it is deleted when you delete the app. We cannot read it, and it never leaves the device through the app.

Nothing you do in the game is sent to us. We do not receive gameplay statistics, crash reports, device identifiers, your location, your contacts, photos, or anything typed. The app requests no system permissions.

Purchases

Mow Empire offers optional in-app purchases of in-game cash and experience. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store using your Apple Account. Apple processes the payment; the app never sees your payment details, your name or your Apple Account. The app receives only a signed confirmation from Apple that a purchase completed, which it uses once to add the purchased amount to your in-game balance, and keeps on your device so the same purchase is never applied twice. Apple's handling of purchase information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Consumable purchases are used up in the game and cannot be restored to a new device by us; Apple's normal refund process applies to any purchase problem (see Request a refund).

Third parties

The app contains no third-party software development kits. There are no advertising, analytics, attribution or social components. The "advertising campaigns" inside the game are a fictional business mechanic — yard signs and radio spots that attract fictional customers — and promote nothing real.

Children

Mow Empire is a general-audience game with no chat, no user content, no web access and no data collection, so there is nothing for us to collect from anyone of any age. Purchases go through the App Store, where Apple's Ask to Buy and Screen Time controls apply.

Changes

If a future version starts collecting anything — for example an optional crash report or cloud save — this page will say exactly what and why before that version is released, and the App Store privacy label will be updated to match.
